Prepares you for the group class in a private setting allowing you to work at your own pace and to create a solid foundation for your practice

• 4 — 60-minute sessions $200
• In my studio or location of your choice (travel fee may apply)

Private Sessions

Transform your established practice, customize your practice after injury or illness, or work one on one for that unique yoga experience

10 – 75 minute sessions $500

• In my studio or location of your choice (travel fee may apply) 

1 – 75 minute session $75

• Discount available for package of 4 sessions or more
